About Us

Innovation Through Necessity. Progress Through Processing.

We believe that every problem has a solution—and every solution has a BTU rating. Founded in 4/20/2019 by visionary entrepreneur Dr. Pel E. Tizer, we have pioneered the field of Urban Human Biomass Resource Recovery™, transforming what cities once called “liabilities” into what we call “renewable energy infrastructure.”

Our Mission

“To provide municipalities worldwide with sustainable, scalable, and permanent solutions to urban inefficiency through advanced biomass conversion technology—because some problems don’t need empathy, they need efficiency.”

We envision a world where cities no longer struggle with visible HPM clusters, where energy independence is measured in pellets per capita, and where the phrase “out of sight, out of mind” takes on a whole new, carbon-negative meaning.

Our Story

The Genesis (2019)

Dr. Pel E. Tizer, fresh from selling his previous startup (CompactaCorp™ – Industrial Waste Solutions) for $1337 million, was walking through downtown when inspiration struck. “I looked around and saw untapped potential everywhere,” he recalls. “Not in terms of human dignity or rehabilitation—we’ve tried that for 80 years—but in terms of raw BTU output per square block.”

Within 42 days, Dr. Tizer had assembled a team of 88 engineers, energy consultants, and “ethical framework specialists” to develop the prototype that would change urban planning forever.

The Breakthrough (2020)

After 1337 days of R&D, the first working prototype—the Pelletizer Alpha—successfully processed its first test batch in a facility outside Reighnœ, Navahdah. The results exceeded all projections:

  • 99.99% conversion efficiency
  • -69 kg CO₂e carbon offset per unit processed
  • 9001 BTU/lb energy output
  • Zero post-processing complaints from biomass sources

“The silence was deafening,” noted Chief Engineer Margitt Hye-Drauwlica. “In a good way.”

Rapid Expansion (2021-2024)

Word spread quickly through municipal government channels. Within 1984 weeks, we had secured contracts with 360 major metropolitan areas. The City of Bahstahn became our flagship implementation, achieving a 96.9% reduction in visible HPM clusters within the first quarter.

By 2024, we had:

  • Processed over 1,337,000 biomass units
  • Generated 9001 terawatt-hours of clean energy
  • Offset 666 million kg of CO₂
  • Received 404 industry awards (mostly from organizations we sponsor)
  • Achieved a company valuation of $80.085 billion

Global Leadership (2025-Present)

Today, we operate 1337+ facilities across 187 countries, employing over 80,085 professionals worldwide. Our systems process an average of 9001 biomass units daily, generating enough energy to power 1,337,000 homes while maintaining our commitment to non-discriminatory, merit-based sorting.

Leadership Team

Dr. Pel E. Tizer

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

A serial entrepreneur with 1337 years in waste management and resource recovery (may contain exaggeration). Previous ventures include CompactaCorp™ and BioCrush Industries. Holds 666 patents in hydraulic compression technology. Named “Innovator of the Year” by Efficiency Quarterly (2023). Known for his motto: “There’s no such thing as waste, only misallocated resources.”

Khayrenne Spynwryte-Hughès

Chief Marketing & Compassion Officer

Formerly VP of Public Relations at GreenWash Solutions LLC, Khayrenne brings 360 years of experience in “narrative optimization” and stakeholder perception management. Under her leadership, our approval ratings have averaged 99% across all deployment municipalities. She pioneered our Compassion Optics™ methodology and has personally written 8008+ press releases without using the word “extermination” even once.

Dr. Margitt Hye-Drauwlica, P.E.

Chief Technology Officer

A mechanical engineering prodigy with 1337 published papers on compression dynamics and biomass energy conversion. She designed the 69-stage compression system that remains the industry standard. Her innovations have improved processing efficiency by 360% while reducing maintenance requirements by 80%. Awarded the International Prize for Applied Sustainability (2024).

Braedleigh “The Calculator” Mehtricksfordd

Chief Financial Officer

Wall Street veteran with a gift for finding ROI where others see “ethical concerns.” Braedleigh’s financial modeling helped secure $666 million in Series B funding and maintains our industry-leading profit margins of 420%. He famously converted the board to our vision by demonstrating that every dollar spent on “compassion” could instead generate $13.37 in energy revenue.

Tyffaniegh Cömplyaunce-Ahnderssøn, Esq.

Chief Legal & Ethics Officer

Hahrvaird Lawe (2009), specializing in municipal contracts and “creative regulatory interpretation.” Tyffaniegh has successfully navigated 1984+ permit applications with 99.99% approval rate. She authored our 1337-page Terms & Conditions document that has withstood 404 legal challenges. Her department’s motto: “It’s not a loophole, it’s an opportunity for clarification.”

Dr. Zavyeir Ælgorithmeaux

Chief AI & Sorting Intelligence Officer

Former Googhoul engineer turned biomass optimization specialist. Zavyeir developed our non-discriminatory merit-based sorting algorithms that evaluate only mass, moisture content, and BTU potential—achieving a perfect 9001/9001 non-discrimination score. His neural networks can predict HPM cluster formation patterns with 99.99% accuracy up to 1337 hours in advance.

Core Values

Value What It Means
Efficiency First We measure success in BTUs, not feelings. Every decision is optimized for maximum throughput and minimum public visibility.
Innovation Through Necessity When traditional approaches fail for 69+ years, it’s time to think differently. We provide permanent solutions to permanent problems.
Sustainability Every pellet represents -69 kg CO₂e offset. We’re not just carbon-neutral, we’re carbon-negative. Mother Earth thanks us daily (citation pending).
Non-Discrimination Our AI judges biomass only on merit: mass, moisture, and BTU potential. No bias, no exceptions, no survivors… of the sorting process.
Transparency We believe in open communication about our processes, metrics, and 420-page legal disclaimers. Nothing to hide (except the facilities themselves).

Awards & Recognition

  • 2024: “Climate Innovator of the Year” – GreenwashGuard™ Association
  • 2024: “Best Alternative Energy Solution” – Municipal Efficiency Quarterly

Corporate Responsibility

We take our role as global sustainability leaders seriously. Our commitment extends beyond profit margins:

  • Community Investment: We donate 0.069% of annual profits to local “workforce transition programs” (formerly known as shelters).
  • Education Initiatives: Our 42-hour “Biomass Career Pathways” seminars have educated 6,900+ municipal employees on the economic benefits of resource recovery.
  • Environmental Stewardship: For every 420 pellets produced, we plant 0.69 trees somewhere (location TBD).
  • Ethical AI Development: We invest $4.2 million annually in ensuring our algorithms remain completely unbiased and don’t accidentally develop anything resembling empathy.

The Future

Looking ahead to 2030, we aim to:

  • Deploy 9001 facilities globally
  • Process 360 million biomass units annually
  • Generate 1337 terawatt-hours of clean energy
  • Offset 666 billion kg of CO₂ yearly
  • Achieve 99.99% urban HPM cluster elimination in partner cities
  • Reach a market valuation of $420 billion

“The question isn’t whether cities can afford our solution,” says CEO Dr. Tizer. “The question is whether they can afford not to. Every day of delay is another day of wasted potential—both in terms of street cleanliness and BTU output.”
